Our Role as Broker
Robozaps operates as an enterprise robotics broker and intermediary. We connect businesses with robotics manufacturers and coordinate purchases, deployments, and support on your behalf. Robozaps does not manufacture, own inventory, or directly sell robots. All purchases are facilitated through the respective manufacturers.
Purchase Terms
When you engage Robozaps to coordinate a robotics purchase, we act as your broker throughout the process. Purchase agreements, warranties, and product specifications are between you and the manufacturer. Robozaps facilitates these transactions and provides consultation, but the manufacturer is the direct seller. Pricing, availability, and delivery terms are set by each manufacturer and may vary.
User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in forms and consultations
- Use the platform for legitimate business purposes
- Not interfere with the platform's operation or security
Intellectual Property
All content on the Robozaps platform — including text, images, design, and software — is owned by Robozaps Inc. or licensed from manufacturers. Product images, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers.
Limitation of Liability
Robozaps provides brokerage and consultation services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for manufacturer product defects, delivery delays, or warranty claims. Our liability is limited to the brokerage fees paid for the specific transaction in question.
