These Terms of Service govern your use of the RoboZaps platform operated by RoboZaps Inc. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our role
RoboZaps provides robotics intelligence and advisory services across multiple manufacturers. Depending on the engagement, RoboZaps may act as an advisor or referral partner, or coordinate a sale as a reseller. The applicable proposal or order documents will identify the seller of record, contracting parties, warranty provider, and transaction terms.
Purchase Terms
When you engage RoboZaps to coordinate a robotics purchase, we act as your advisor unless a different role is confirmed in writing before purchase. Where a manufacturer or distributor is the seller of record, its purchase agreement, warranty, and delivery terms apply. Where RoboZaps is identified as the reseller or seller of record, the applicable RoboZaps order documents set out the contracting, warranty, payment, and delivery terms. Pricing and availability may vary by manufacturer, distributor, region, and transaction structure.
RoboZaps may receive a commission, referral fee, margin on a sale, or other compensation connected to a recommendation or transaction. RoboZaps discloses any relevant commercial relationship before analysis begins.
User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in forms and consultations
- Use the platform for legitimate business purposes
- Not interfere with the platform's operation or security
Intellectual Property
All content on the RoboZaps platform — including text, images, design, and software — is owned by RoboZaps Inc. or licensed from manufacturers. Product images, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoboZaps robotics intelligence and advisory materials are provided on an "as is" basis. For purchases, responsibility for defects, delivery, warranties, refunds, and related obligations follows the applicable proposal or order documents, warranty terms, and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other liability is limited to the amount paid to RoboZaps for the specific service or transaction giving rise to the claim.
