Return Coordination
If you need to return robotics equipment purchased through Robozaps, our team will coordinate the entire return process with the manufacturer. We handle the logistics, communications, and paperwork to make the process as smooth as possible.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact your Robozaps consultant or our support team
- We will verify return eligibility with the manufacturer
- Once approved, we coordinate pickup or shipping arrangements
- We track the return and keep you updated throughout the process

- Return windows and conditions vary by manufacturer
- Custom-configured robots may have different return terms
- Equipment must be in its original condition unless defective
